The Iowa Chapter of ASHRAE will be awarding three $1,000.00 scholarships to applicants per the following requirements:

1. Applicant must be enrolled in a current program relating to the HVAC industry at Iowa State University.
2. Applicant must be a graduate student or an undergraduate in the last two years of study.

Applicant will be judged on the following items:

1. Interest in ASHRAE related fields.
2. Scholastic achievement
3. Financial need.
4. Student member of ASHRAE

Judging to be done by a panel of Iowa Chapter of ASHRAE members

Applications must be submitted to Holly Stevens by 4:00 PM, Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Please fill in email subject as “Student ASHRAE scholarship application”. Click on the link below for the form.

Recipients of the scholarships will be notified during the week of Monday, February 9, 2009.

Presentation of the scholarships will be made at the Monday, February 16, 2009 meeting of the Iowa Chapter of ASHRAE.
